Our many orders from Ocean have been good. Today’s order contained burnt, ashy beef sticks and burnt bony ribs. ..order asked for 12N didn’t arrive until 1:00, very disappointing.

The Roast Pork w/Mixed Vegetables has white rice Not the Roast Pork Fried Rice I assumed I’d be getting. Everything basically was pretty good.

It seemed that the driver didn't realize it was paid for and I think he also thought he wasn't tip'd. You really need a tracking system like doordash.

Your app doesnt tell you when the food Will be delivered. ASAP could be 2 hrs!! My notes in Special Directions weren’t followed. Food was good, but the scallion pancakes were oily.
